*Cancellation information:

Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by March 17, 2012. All refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations received after March 17, 2012 and “no shows” are subject to the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be made by notifying the conference event manager in writing or in person at the registration desk.
