Train derails at the Port of Tacoma



An empty tanker train derailed at the Port of Tacoma on Friday, with 18 cars off the tracks.

The train belongs to Tacoma Rail and all of the tank cars were empty.

Tacoma firefighters at the scene said there were no

spills and no one was hurt.

Tacoma Rail called in a crew from Eastern Washington to help get the cars upright again.
